Brussels Expo is the largest infrastructure of its kind in Belgium. The infrastructure of its Exhibition Halls is indeed a legacy of the Brussels World Fairs of 1935 and 1958 and nowadays hosts a hundred or so events every year and welcomes some 2 million visitors.
The place chosen for the DDR 2017 was the Hall 11.
Place de Belgique 1, BE – 1020 Brussels
The decision-making heart of Europe, Brussels is an international financial centre and home to the headquarters of the European Union as well as thousands of European organizations and multinationals.
But it is not only work, Brussels is also a cosmopolitan city that loves good food lives life its way and expresses itself in a style very much its own.
Despite its European dimension and despite all the different languages spoken on the corner of every street, Brussels is still inspired by a very “village-like” spirit. Visitors cannot miss its Grand-Place,Atomium, Manneken-Pis and neither its beers, waffles and chocolates.
